The Institute of Food and One Health (FOH) is divided into the sections of Nutritional Physiology and Human Nutrition, Molecular Food Chemistry and Food Development and the Food Technology. We are an institute of Leibniz University Hannover and belong to the Faculty of Natural Sciences.
